FEES, CHARGES AND REFUNDS

The fee schedule is in relation to the type of services provided, and our staff will give you a list of the fees before you enrol. You will be required to pay the full course fee in advance to secure your enrolment.

If you decide not to participate in the training, a $100 cancellation fee will apply and the balance of the fee will be refunded only  if 7 days notice is given prior to the course commencement and on return of all learning materials in the condition in which they were provided.    If you wish to defer your attendance the fee will be held over to the next course date.

If less than 7 days notice is given and equipment has been hired or materials are not returned, there will be no refund.

Where exceptional circumstances apply and can be verified, the Director may use discretion and provide a refund. If Construction Safety Assurance cancels the training you will receive a refund of the fees paid.

    To secure your course enrolment, we now require full payment of the course fee in advance (non-refundable if you cancel within 7 days of the confirmed course date). Please call our office if you wish to pay via credit card.
