WHAT YOU ARE REQUIRED TO BRING WITH YOU TO EACH COURSE

• Photo ID (Driver’s Licence/Passport)
• 2 passport size photographs per course
• Safety Boots
• Other licence classes for WorkSafe that you already have

Note:
All applicants must be over 18 years of age to obtain a licence.
Applicants under 18 years of age who need to complete the training as part of the modules of their apprenticeship can do so, however they will not be able to sit the Worksafe Assessment exam until they turn 18 years of age.
